Additional Information about Butterful Tresses Products

Butterful Tresses products are made with all natural ingredients, vegan, and cruelty free. All products contains no synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, parabens, sulfates, petroleum, and/or mineral oil.

I have sensitive skin

Butterful Tresses products are made with all natural ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or allergies please check your ingredients list to ensure the product is suitable for you and patch test on a small area of your skin before using your products on larger areas.

Care Instructions and product shelf life

All products are for external use only. Please keep away from children to prevent accidental incidents. Please avoid direct eye contact when using. All products should be kept out of direct sunlight in order to preserve the freshness and quality of ingredients. Some products contain essential oils. A few essential oils are not meant to be used on pregnant women or people who have certain health issues. If you are pregnant or have certain health condition(s) that prevent you from using certain products, please review the ingredients with your doctor to confirm that it is okay to use.

Oil based products are preservative fee and should be kept out of contact with water to preserve/protect the product from growth of bacteria and mold. Oil based products have a shelf life a 1 year (i.e Remedy scalp & beard oils, wax free pomade, and shine/aftershine hair mist) . All water based products should be used within 6 months of receiving them (i.e all protein treatments and all conditioners). To see if your product contains water see ingredient list. The detox should be used within 2 weeks of receiving your products. Nutrition Masks contain super fresh ingredients and should be used within 1-2 months of receiving them. To keep fresh Nutrition Masks should also be stored in the freezer once received and in-between uses. To thaw out nutrition masks before use sit out before use or place in fridge.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When should I receive my order?

Your order should arrive 1-2 weeks after it is placed. All products are handmade to order so patience is very helpful in this process. Improvements are constantly being made to speed up the processing time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you put the incorrect shipping information please reach out to us within 24hrs of placing your order to make changes by sending us an email at hello@butterfultresses.com. We will respond to your inquiry and make the correct changes. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Please double check and verify all order information before submitting your order to make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages or goods shipped to the incorrect address. Once items are shipped we are unable to change any shipping information please contact the shipping company using shipping confirmation form to make any further changes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Order cancellations, refund, and returns policy?

All of our products are handmade to order. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds can be made after the order has been submitted.

Can I make an exchange or add additional item to my order?

Yes, you are able to make product exchanges and additions to your order within 24hrs of placing your order.

If you would like exchange a product for another that is the same price you can do an even exchange by filling out the Order Change Request Form. One of our Butterful team members will reach out to you with further details about your request, next steps if needed, and confirmation of the product exchange.

If you would like to add an product to your order please place another order and fill our the order change request form to receive a refund for your second order so you do not pay double shipping, next steps if needed, and confirmation of the product addition.

 

My product was damaged before arriving to me

If your order arrived in an unusable state please take a photo of the issue and fill our the product issue form below. We are not responsible for any damage done to goods after they leave our hands. If our team is responsible for the damage we will replace your product with no additional cost.
